Is accommodation and food included in the registration fees for 6 days? or should we need to book a hotel room?

Thank you for your Inquiry.
Attendees must make a reservation for the accommodation by themselves and be responsible for the expenses.
General/Student Registration includes lunches for 5 days, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and the banquet.
