[Card payment] If you encounter errors/problems regarding registration payment, please read this.

Please use Chrome by google as this website is most suitable for Chrome. 
And, If you encounter a failure for the card payment, please check whether Chrome has blocked the pop-up function. 
(The default in Chrome is blocking pop-ups. 

If Chrom blocked the pop-ups, you'd see the blocked icon in the address bar if pop-ups have been blocked.

To allow pop-ups from a specific site:
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked.
  3. In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked.
  4. Click the link for the pop-up you want to see.
  5. To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] and then Done.
The site will be added to the exceptions list, which you can manage in the Content Settings dialog.
